This quick and easy sheet pan steak dinner is the perfect decadent weeknight meal! With the rich flavors of Marsala wine, mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs, it cooks up in under 30 minutes and there's minimal cleanup!
Combine all of the vegetables, butter and herbs in a bowl and coat evenly. Then spread out on half of a prepped baking sheet.
Mix the marsala wine with the cornstarch and pour over the steak and veggies, then bake.
Once cooked, mix the veggies and flip the steaks. Then broil to desired cook level before allowing to rest.
