If you’re looking for a new way twist on preparing cauliflower, try this quick and easy dish. Combined with tangy preserved lemons (or capers) and creamy tahini, it’s uniquely flavorful and healthy!
Toss the cauliflower and garbanzo beans with the seasonings, then spread out on a large baking sheet and roast until tender.
Mix together the tahini with water and salt and pepper. Then spread it along the bottom of a baking dish.
Transfer the roasted cauliflower to the baking dish with the tahini. Then serve and enjoy!
