Yogurt Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Low-fat Greek yogurt

Lemon zest

Lemon juice
add more if needed

Instructions
Mince garlic, and zest and juice lemon.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix till well combined. Season to taste with additional salt and lemon juice if needed.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes if serving as a dip, or use right away if using as a marinade or drizzling sauce.
Notes
Will yield roughly 12 tablespoons, and each serving is 2 tablespoons.
Store up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
