Yogurt Garlic Sauce

This garlic yogurt sauce shows healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring! Bold flavor, five ingredients, this recipe is more than just tasty—it’s functional, too. Use it as a dip, marinade, or drizzle!

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise light
  • cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice add more if needed
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt add more if needed

Instructions

  • Mince garlic, and zest and juice lemon.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix till well combined. Season to taste with additional salt and lemon juice if needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes if serving as a dip, or use right away if using as a marinade or drizzling sauce.

Notes

Will yield roughly 12 tablespoons, and each serving is 2 tablespoons. 
Store up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
