Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Plain Greek yogurt 0% or 2% for a lighter feel
  • ¼ cup Light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • teaspoon Ground ginger optional
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and if you wish, garnish with chopped pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
¾ cup Plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup Light sour cream, 1 tablespoon Maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon Ground cardamom, ⅛ teaspoon Ground ginger, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract, Pinch of sea salt
  • Serve with seasonal fruits and graham crackers.

Notes

Store yogurt dip covered with plastic wrap and in a lidded airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
We do not recommend freezing as yogurt becomes grainy after thawing.
Give the yogurt dip a quick stir before using. A little natural separation is normal and stirring restores creaminess instantly.
