Equipment

  • 1 High Powered Blender

Ingredients

  • 130 grams Mango frozen
  • 50 grams Apple green/granny smith
  • ¼ cup Egg whites boxed pasteurized
  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • 1 serving Protein powder unflavored or vanilla
  • ½ Lime juiced
  • 2 Mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender, starting with the coconut water then fresh fruit and egg white, then protein powder and ice last. Blend until smoothie. Serve immediately and garnish with coconut flakes or lime wedges and mint leaves.
    130 grams Mango, 50 grams Apple, ¼ cup Egg whites, 1 cup Coconut water, 1 serving Protein powder, ½ Lime, 2 Mint leaves

Notes

Make sure egg whites are pasteurized.
