Healthy Chicken Salad Recipe (with Dill Pickle Seasoning)

A quick and easy healthy chicken salad recipe that is flavored with dill pickle seasoning for a low-fat salad great for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • .75 lbs Cooked and shredded chicken breasts, cooled about 2 medium breasts
  • 2 Celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 2 Green onions thinly sliced, white and light green parts only
  • ¼ cup Parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Dill finely chopped
  • ½ cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dill pickle seasoning
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium serving bowl and mix till well combined. Adjust seasoning and creaminess as needed, by adding additional sour cream, Greek yogurt and salt and pepper.
    .75 lbs Cooked and shredded chicken breasts, cooled, 2 Celery stalks, 2 Green onions, ¼ cup Parsley, ¼ cup Dill, ½ cup Low-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon Low-fat sour cream, 1 tablespoon Dill pickle seasoning, Sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • For best results, chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. 
We used Trader Joe's Dill Pickle seasoning mix to test this recipe. If using a different brand, start by adding ½ tablespoon and increase based off desired intensity and saltiness.
