Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Goat cheese plain or honey
  • 4 ounces Low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoon Mango chutney
  • 2 tablespoon Honey slivered almonds optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the mango chutney and garnish to a food processor and pulse till smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and spread out in a smooth round circle.
  • Spoon mango chutney on top and garnish with the slivered almonds. Serve with your favorite crackers or crostini.

Notes

Dip can be made ahead of time, just keep in an airtight container and spoon on mango chutney and almond slivers right before serving.
