150 grams Granny smith apple, 50 grams Banana, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, ½ serving Protein powder, 1 tablespoon PB Fit peanut butter powder, ½ tablespoon Maple syrup, Cinnamon, 1 cup Ice

Notes

Yields a 16-20 ounce serving depending on the exact size of the apple.
Use a full serving of protein powder if you want to increase the protein content.
If you prefer a very liquidy smoothie, add 1-2 ounces of water or milk of choice, but start with a small amount and add more if needed. The apple contains a lot of liquid so not much if any liquid is needed for the smoothie.
