High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning adjust amount as desired
  • 1 celery stalk diced

Instructions

  • Dice celery. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix till well combined. Serve immediately or make ahead of time and store in the refrigerator in a airtight container.

Notes

To make whipped cottage cheese, add cottage cheese to a food processor and pulse till smooth. Then stir in remaining ingredients.
