Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 Cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 Cups Cheerios
  • 2 Cups Pretzels
  • 1 Cup Mixed Nuts preferably unsalted
  • 1 bag M&M's preferably holiday colored
  • 1 bag White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe glass container for 2 minutes, or until melted through.
  • Stir the melted chocolate chips into the dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed and combined.
  • Spread out on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes. Break into pieces and store.

Notes

I recommend using Guittard's chocolate chips, as they melt beautifully and taste great. Or if you are looking for a lower sugar alternative, Lily's makes a great chocolate chip!
