Begin by placing cheese & meat on your board. Choose a soft and hard cheese, as well as a seasonal or flavored cheese, such as this cranberry goat cheese.

Next, add in fresh fruits. For a Fall board, figs, persimmons, pomegranates and clementines would all be wonderful additions. The fresh fruit helps to offset the saltiness of the cheese & meat, and cleanses the palate.

When ready to serve, add crackers, and fill in open spots with olives, nuts and sweets like chocolate covered nuts.

Add seasonal decorations like dried wheat, mini pumpkins, eucalyptus leaves and dried pampas grass. The options are endless! Also, make sure to put out little plates & napkins for guests!
