White Chicken Chili

Filled with corn & green chili, it's quick & easy! Make in the Instant Pot, slow cooker or stove top

Ground Chicken or turkey White beans such as Great Northern Poblano peppers Canned green chilis Fresh or frozen corn kernels Onion and garlic Cumin, oregano & cayenne Salt & pepper Chicken broth Sour Cream or Greek yogurt

Start by sauteing the ground chicken till cooked on all sides. Season well with salt & pepper.

Remove ground chicken from the pot, drain and add 1 can of drained beans. Smash till almost smooth

Add in remaining ingredients, except sour cream, to the Instant Pot. Add the ground chicken back in & stir well. Now it's time to cook the white chicken chili!

Cover and seal and cook white chicken chili on high pressure for 12 minutes, then allow for a natural release. 

When white chicken chili is done cooking, stir in sour cream. Serve immediately and garnish with favorite toppings.

To make on the stovetop: Follow all the directions as above, but just cook on the stovetop in a Dutch oven or stock pot, and cook on medium low heat for about 30-45 minutes.

To make in the slow cooker: Sauté meat on the stove top, then add all ingredients to the crock pot, minus the sour cream, and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
