Miso Butter Salmon

This miso butter salmon recipe is quick and easy, full of flavor and rich in nutrients! Shallow poaching, then basting the salmon with the white miso butter sauce creates a tender, flaky finish that is moist and never dry.


Salmon Olive Oil Dry White Wine Butter White Miso Paste Baby Bok Choy Fennel Bulb

Add oil to a pan and then start cooking the salmon. 

Pour in the white wine and add any vegetables. Then cover and cook on medium heat.

Stir in the miso and the butter to the pan. Then baste the salmon for a few minutes before serving.
