This healthy Instant Pot version of General Tso's chicken is made especially tasty with ginger, garlic and chili oil and is so easy to whip up, making it the perfect weeknight dinner.
Put your Instant Pot into Saute mode, then heat up the sesame oil. Add in the prepped chicken and brown on both sides.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl, then add it to the Instant Pot. Seal and cook on High pressure.
Once done, release the pressure and go back to saute mode. While simmering, whisk in the cornstarch. Then serve with a side of your choice.
