This chicken alfredo Instant Pot recipe is made with a creamy dairy free sauce. Bonus points is that it can easily be made into a vegan meal by omitting the chicken. Read on to learn how to make this Instant Pot creamy chicken pasta at home.
Set the Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add in some olive oil and brown the chicken on each side.
Blend together the cashews, coconut cream, yeast and seasonings until smooth and set aside.
Cut up the seared chicken into strips and add it back to the instant pot with the pasta and chicken broth. Then cook to desired texture.
Add in the cashew sauce and frozen peas to the instant pot and stir to combine. Then serve and enjoy!
