Cheesecake Overnight Oats

High Protein, great for meal prep

You will need oats, cottage cheese, light cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon & milk. Use sweetener of choice, either liquid stevia, honey or maple syrup

Step 1

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, milk, cinnamon and vanilla, and sweetener together in a food processor or blender.

Step 2

In lidded jars, add oats and the cottage cheese mixture. Stir well, making sure to incorporate all the oats into the liquid. Add a bit more milk, about 1 ounce, stir and then seal.

Seal and Refrigerate

If using old fashioned oats, let sit for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. If using quick oats, let sit for at least 2 hours. Oats can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days.

When your oats are ready, add your favorite berries and toppings to customize flavor! I love adding strawberries or raspberries and graham crackers to make strawberry cheesecake overnight oats!
