This quick and easy cauliflower tacos recipe is the perfect weeknight meal, and is vegan, healthy and delicious. Great for Meatless Mondays or those following a vegetarian diet.


Cooked Lentils Riced Cauliflower Olive Oil Onion Garlic Chili Powder Cumin Coriander Tomato Sauce

In a large pan, heat up the olive oil. Then add in the onions and garlic and cook until translucent.

Add in the cauliflower and spices and cook until tender. Then add in the remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.

Serve the filling over warm tortillas with desired garnishing and enjoy!
