These baked fish tacos come together in just 30 minutes, making them a perfect healthier weeknight dinner option!
Cut the cod filet into 1"-2" pieces and set aside. Then combine the breadcrumbs and spices in one bowl and beat an egg in another bowl.
Dip each fish stick in the beaten egg and then dredge in the breadcrumbs and spices.
Bake the fish in the oven until golden brown. Then serve with corn tortillas and your desired toppings and enjoy!
