Air Fryer  Potato Chips!

crispy, light & flavorful!

Ingredients

Idaho or russet potatoes Cooking oil Cold water Salt & pepper Optional truffle powder & parmesan cheese

How to Make

Begin by thinly slicing potatoes using a mandolin. You can also use the slicing function of a food processor, or by hand. Try to get as thin and even as possible

Soak potato slices in cold, well-salted water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and rinse well to remove all remaining starches.

Place slices on a paper towel lined baking try and pat dry with an additional paper towel, to get as dry as possible.

Toss dried potato slices with a bit of cooking oil, salt and pepper, and if you'd like a yummy truffle flavor, add a bit of truffle powder.

Lightly spray your air fryer tray or basket, and place potato slices in a single layer. Cook according to your air fryer directions. Sprinkle with more truffle powder and parmesan cheese.
