You’re going to love these potato chips in the air fryer! Light and crispy, with tons of flavor, they’ll soon become one of your favorite snacks. And I’ll share how to turn them into truffle potato chips with the addition of a couple of ingredients.
Wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Then allow to soak in water and salt.
Dry the potato slices and toss them in a bowl of the seasonings.
Layer the chips in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket and cook.
Once cooked, toss the chips again in truffle powder and parmesan cheese. Then, serve and enjoy!
