Chicken cutlets are brined and then coated in a perfectly seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Then cooked to perfection in the air fryer, resulting in a cutlet that is juicy, tender, flavorful and crunchy.
Filet the chicken breasts and set aside. Then mix the spices together in a small bowl.
Take the chicken filets and dredge them in the flour and spices, then the egg wash, and then the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the breaded cutlets on the air fryer sheet and then fry them until fully cooked. Then serve and enjoy!
