  • 1 heaping cup frozen mango
  • 1 heaping cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 knuckle size knob each of fresh ginger and turmeric peeled (use 1 tsp powdered turmeric if you can't find fresh)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup ice use 2 cups ice if using fresh mango


  • Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend till smooth
