Smoked Salmon Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked salmon either a filet or nova lox slices
  • 6 eggs hardboiled and sliced in half
  • 3 bagels whole wheat, sliced in half
  • assorted crackers
  • assorted sliced vegetables red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes
  • ½ cup labneh
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • capers and picked red onions

Instructions

  • Choose a serving board large enough to hold all the ingredients, and gather small dishes and serving spoons
  • Slice up all vegetables
  • Hard boil eggs or use store-bought packaged hardboiled eggs
  • Add all ingredients in layers, filling in any holes as you go so the board looks nice and full.
  • Place crackers and bagels last so they don't get stale or soggy

Notes

To avoid food spoilage, keep the smoked salmon charcuterie board in a cool room for just a few hours before refrigerating leftover ingredients.
