This delicious steak picado recipe has only 4 simple ingredients, and is a quick and affordable meal. Ready in under 30 minutes, delicious cubes of steak, potatoes, peppers and tomatoes combine to make a hearty stew the whole family will love.
Cube the steak and green pepper. Then slice the potatoes and set aside.
Warm a large skillet and add some olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook until all sides are browned. Then, set aside.
Lower the heat and add the bell peppers to the pan. Cook until softened, then add back in the steak.
Add in the canned tomatoes and sliced potatoes. Then gently mix and cook until heated through and serve.
