Holiday Chex Mix

Begin by gathering all your ingredients. I recommend using unsalted nuts & Guittard's chocolate chips
Begin by adding all of your ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate chips, to a large mixing bowl
Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and heat till melted through. Stir into dry mix
Make sure you gently mix your melted chocolate in right away to thoroughly coat every ingredient before drying
When your mix is thoroughly combined, spread out on a lined baking tray & let sit for at least 30 minutes
When chocolate is dry, break apart into large chunks & enjoy!
