Combine crust ingredients in a medium bowl and mix till combined. Press into a 9" pie plate and blind bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Saute the onions, asparagus and ham over medium heat, then add to the crust. Top with cheese, then pour whisked eggs and milk mixture on top. Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes till filling is set.
Quiche is very customizable. If you don't have ham on hand, or even asparagus, you can swap in leeks, broccoli, bacon or turkey bacon.
Quiche is wonderful for meal prepping, as it reheats so easily. Slice up quiche and store in single -serve airtight containers. Reheat in the microwave on high for 1 minute.
