These garlic parmesan pork chops are an easy dinner to prepare for the family! These parmesan crusted pork chops take only 10 minutes of prep time, and are ready in 25 minutes!
Mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk the egg.
Dip each pork chop in the egg and let excess drip off, then dredge in the bread crumb mixture. Set aside.
Add oil to the cast iron skillet or deep frying pan on medium high heat. Saute the pork chops until golden brown.
Put the skillet in the oven and bake until the pork chops are fully cooked.
