EASY Instant Pot Meatball Soup

Frozen meatballs Macaroni Pasta Carrots Onions Salt, Pepper, Dried Basil & Oregano Chicken or Beef Broth


The easiest way to make this delicious soup is to just throw all the ingredients in the Instant Pot. But! If you have a few extra minutes, first sauté the carrots & onions.

Set your pot to Sauté and add about 1 tbsp of oil. Add carrots and onions and stir frequently, till fragrant and slightly softened. Sautéing first is optional, but adds a bit more flavor.

If you first sautéed the carrots and onions, press cancel when done, and add the rest of the ingredients. 

Stir in the broth, then close the lid. Make sure the knob is set to "sealing" and cook on manual high pressure. 

When cooking is complete, do a manual quick release. Make sure to use a towel or pot holder to move the release knb ad keep your hand away from the steam! 

Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve alongside warm crusty bread, & you have the perfect cold weather meal that is SO EASY!
