INGREDIENTS

Whole eggs Egg whites Cottage cheese Bacon Shredded cheese

Add all ingredients, except the bacon, to a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.

Fill each cup of a silicone muffin pan, and add in pieces of chopped bacon.

Bake in a 300 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, then let cool  and remove each egg bite.
