In a large skillet, cook the chopped onions and cut sausage pieces.
Add in the Orzo and garlic and continue to cook for another few minutes.
Add in the broth and seasoning, then cover and bring to a simmer. Add in the broccolini and cover again until tender.
Stir in the parmesan cheese, lemon zest and pepper flakes to taste. Then serve and enjoy!
