Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl. Then rub the pork with olive oil and then sprinkle the seasoning mix all over and rub in.
Heat up a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Then add the tenderloin and pan sear each side.
Add the tenderloin to the Air Fryer and cook. Once cooked, cut into medallions, serve and enjoy!
