Grill up these tasty skewers for a simple and healthy seafood dinner!




  1. Assemble skewers by adding 1 piece of salmon, 1 shrimp, a slice of bacon and a slice of jalapeno at a time, or in whichever order you prefer.
  2. Brush with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper and any other desired seasonings.
  3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes on medium high heat over a BBQ or indoor grill pan, rotating halfway through cooking.
